Participants will explore video exemplars and effective teaching practices that illustrate the importance of establishing Work Hard, Get Smart strategies in the classroom. Participants will also learn Work Hard, Get Smart strategies that encourages students to work hard towards mastering the lesson objectives and to persist when faced with difficult material.
